Process overview:

Clear exhaust gas collection: Exhaust gas collection is carried out by the integrated hood

Pipeline concentration: Exhaust gas concentration is carried out through multiple pipelines

Pretreatment: Removal of dust, oil and other pollutants by biological purification, using special filtration materials designed for the properties of printed exhaust gases.

UV photolysis catalytic oxidation: UV lamp excited ozone, and then catalyzed by titanium dioxide, the catalytic oxidation of organic waste gas into water and carbon dioxide.

UV photolysis: The use of different wavelengths of UV light to photolysis excess ozone and eliminate remaining ozone.

End treatment: activated carbon or zeolite frame adsorption as the end treatment unit.

High-altitude emission: the treated exhaust gas is discharged at an altitude of 15 meters.
